Thank you - Summer activities at the Parc Lac-Hélène

Before fall sets in, the Wasamac mining project team would like to thank the volunteers, collaborators, and residents of the Lac-Hélène Park area. Thanks to their involvement and enthusiasm, several activities were carried out during the 2025 summer season.

For several years, members of the Wasamac Task Force have been sharing ideas aimed at making this community more dynamic. In response to these suggestions, the Wasamac mining project team undertook to assess the feasibility of certain initiatives. As a result, with the active collaboration of the Task Force members, several activities were organized.

We would like to give special recognition to the volunteer efforts of Valérie Lefebvre, Loïc Bureau, and Augustin Dubé, whose contributions were essential to the success of these activities.

Finally, we would like to extend our warmest thanks to the residents of the park and the Évain sector for their enthusiastic participation and large turnout. Your presence and support are at the heart of this wonderful community success.

We would like to acknowledge the valuable collaboration of the Évain Recreation Committee in organizing the outdoor movie event.
